Our cabinets are crafted from a high-density polyethylene product called King StarBoard ST.
Although it’s not the only polyethylene product available, King StarBoard ST is widely recognized as
a leader in durability and it has been proven with outstanding success on playgrounds, healthcare
facilities, concession stands, and other high-use areas.
The special process used to create King StarBoard gives it an ultra-hard surface with a slight texture
that resists scratching. In the rare event that scratches occur, they are difficult to find, thanks to the way the
lumber is colored throughout, instead of only on the surface.
King StarBoard is environmentally stabilized to withstand the hardest outdoor conditions and keep it
from rusting, delaminating, or rotting even when exposed to UV rays, humidity, and water. Because mold
can’t ‘eat’ polyethylene King StarBoard is virtually mold-proof even in the wettest environments.
Cabinet components are CNC machined locally and assembled in our shop for the highest level
of quality assurance.
