Creative Play Things:

We’ve got you covered! Subject to normal use, Creative Playthings extends to the original purchaser (with valid receipt of purchase), covering all wooden components, in their respective category, against insect damage and wood rot from the date of original installation. The lumber in Creative Playthings Premium Pine™ Swing Sets is covered by a Lifetime warranty. The lumber in Classic Pine™ Swing Sets is covered by a 15-year warranty. The lumber in Playtime Swing Sets™ is covered by a 10-year warranty. All plastic and vinyl parts, including rope ladders, trapeze bars, chains and hardware are warranted for 1 year from the date of installation. Labor and installation is warranted for 30 days from the date of installation.

Within a 30-day period Creative Playthings will repair or replace, at our option, defective merchandise free of charge, provided that the defective part is a manufacturer’s defect and not a seasonal check. Creative Playthings requires photographs of the part in question. The respective servicing center must be contacted for authorization for all warranty related service. All warranty claims are applicable only to the original owner and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferable. Creative Playthings will repair or replace, at our option, defective merchandise for a service charge, provided that the defective part is a manufacturer’s defect and not a seasonal check. Creative Playthings requires photographs of the part in question. It is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the product is not prematurely aging. These inspections should include an evaluation of the stained finish, all ropes, chains, hardware and wooden components. A complete listing of replacement parts is available through your Creative Playthings retailer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the labor or cost of labor for replacement of the defective item after 30 days; the cost of freight after the initial 30-day period; any incidental or consequential damages, cosmetic defects that do not affect the structural integrity of the unit; items damaged due to vandalism, acts of God, improper usage, improper installation or other abnormal conditions. Seasonal checks and surface cracks are natural characteristics of all outdoor wooden play equipment, and are not considered defects nor covered under this warranty. Creative Playthings cannot assume any responsibility for modification to, or accessories added to these products, other than those sold by Creative Playthings, Ltd. This warranty covers residential installations and is not designed for commercial applications. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. This warranty excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Gorilla Playsets / Playnation:

PlayNation warrants its Regal™, Passage™, Horizon™, and Empire™ series swing sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product for above ground structural wood components and for two years for all other components (e.g., swings, hardware, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).

PlayNation warrants its Premium Redwood swing sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product for all Redwood components. All hardware/non-wood components are covered for a period of three years and all ropes and canopies are covered for a period of one year. PlayNation warrants all of its slides to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product.

PlayNation warrants all remaining products, including but not limited to its Free Standing Swing Set, Free Standing Tire Swing, See-Saw, Children’s Picnic Table with Umbrella and spring riders to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year. All accessories purchased separate from those included with one of our swing set packages have a one year limited warranty. The Krazy Clubhouse is warranted for a period of 6 months.

Cosmetic imperfections and natural tendencies of wood such as peeling, splintering, warping, seasonal checking or cracking, knots or knot holes, etc. are normal characteristics of all outdoor wooden play equipment and are not covered by this warranty. Checks or cracks in wood components that do not affect the intended function of the part, piece or overall swing set are not covered under this warranty.

Wood rot or decay that develops because the product was installed in an area with poor drainage is not covered under this warranty. Lumber that has been damaged by wood boring bees, or conditions that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation of the product, are not covered by this warranty. Fading of stain, discoloration or mold on any wood part or accessory is not covered by this warranty. Cracks in plastic components, surface rust on hardware and chips on powder coated materials are not considered defects in material as long as they do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the part or component.

It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain the swing set. This includes but is not limited to staining and sealing the lumber as needed and regular inspection to be sure all hardware is tight. Instructions for proper maintenance can be found on PlayNation’s website. Imperfections or conditions that develop because of a failure to properly maintain the swing set are not covered by this warranty.

PlayNation will, at its discretion, replace any above ground part within the stated warranty period that is defective in workmanship or materials. This decision is subject to verification of the defect, which, at PlayNation’s discretion, may be accomplished by submitting photographs or by delivery of the defective part to PlayNation. Any warranty claim must include proof of purchase, including the date of purchase. In addition, within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, PlayNation will replace any parts discovered to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging.

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed at a residential, single-family dwelling. This warranty is void if the product is used in a commercial, institutional or multi-family setting. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or (a) products that have been damaged by acts of God and/or nature, negligence, misuse or accident; (b) products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (c) the cost of labor; or (d) the cost of shipping any replacement product or part.

PLAYNATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PLAYNATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to the owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Eastern Jungle Gym:

Eastern Jungle GymⓇ (“EJG”) warrants all wooden components of its swing sets, under normal use and conditions, for a prorated period of 10 (TEN) years from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser at original address on sales receipt for the Classic, Dreamscape, Dream, Supreme (Oct 2015 and after), Supremescape, Ultimate, Extreme, Sky, Fantasy, Fantasy Tree House and Imagination swing sets. It warrants against structural failure from insect infestation or wood rot. It does not cover rot or decay that occurs as a result of installation of a swing set in an area with poor drainage.

Seasonal checks, minor cracking, knots, knot holes, peeling, warping, splintering, etc. are all considered natural characteristics and cosmetic imperfections of any wooden outdoor play equipment. They do not result in structural failure, and they are not covered under this warranty. Discoloration, mold growth and faded stain on the wooden components, as well as surface rust on hardware, are not considered defects and are not covered under the warranty.

Any components returned to EJG under this limited 10-year warranty must be sent freight prepaid and will be replaced or repaired at Eastern Jungle Gym’s option. Returned components will be sent freight collect. Eastern Jungle Gym® reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims. Any other costs associated with the work that must be performed on site is not covered. Any travel and labor or shipping and handling expenses will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty described thus far is the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. It lasts for 10 years, or until the original customer sells or otherwise transfers the unit.

In addition to and separate from the above, all chains, rope, canopy tent tops, seats, hardware, metal braces, handles, rungs and all accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (ONE) year from the date of purchase. Cracks in plastic components, as well as chips and imperfections in the powder-coated finishes, are not considered defects in workmanship or material if they do not affect the functionality of the component or the swing set, and as such will not be covered under this warranty. Any components returned to EJG under this limited one-year warranty will be replaced or repaired at Eastern Jungle Gym’s option. Any costs associated with work that must be performed on-site is not covered, and neither are travel and labor or shipping and handling expenses. Those will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty described in this paragraph is the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. It lasts for 1 year, or until the original customer sells or otherwise transfers the unit.

Non-residential use of swing set or any swing set parts (including but not limited to chains, ropes, canopy tent tops, handles, etc.) is prohibited and will not be covered under any warranty, as Eastern Jungle Gym swing sets are designed for residential use ONLY. EJG reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims. Any merchandise returned for inspection must be sent freight prepaid, and will be returned freight collect, unless return authorization number is issued.

These warranties do not apply to any swing set or swing set part that has been subjected to abuse, vandalism, improper installation, negligence or acts of God. Warranties are void if any alterations or additions have been made to the swing set, or if it has been relocated by the customer or a third party.

These warranties are subject to the limitations stated herein. These warranties are expressly in lieu of all other warranties. They excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Eastern Jungle GymⓇ does not authorize any individual or representative to express or imply any other warranty.

Notice: Failure to maintain your equipment properly may cause the warranties described herein not to apply in certain circumstances. It is the owner’s responsibility to perform upkeep on the swing set, which includes but is not limited to hardware checks and regular restaining/resealing.

Swing Kingdom:

Residential Limited Lifetime, 20-Year and 5-Year Warranty

Subject to ordinary residential use and proper installation by a certified SK installer. Swing Kingdom warrants to the original purchaser at the original installation address, that the structural components of the playground systems, such as the PVC plastic lumber and wood components are covered by a 20-year warranty. In addition all canopies, slides, metal components, swings and accessories are warranted for 5 years from date of original purchase.

Swing Kingdom’s products are not warranted as being suitable for a particular purpose. The suitability of the product is for the purchaser to determine. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the product, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product, additionally any acts of nature such as lightning, storms, hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes or any extreme weather conditions. Also any alteration, addition or relocation of the product will void this warranty.

Swing Kingdom reserves the right to deny any claim if the playset or product does not have a product registration on file prior to the claim being submitted. If a product registration is not submitted within 45 days of initial installation, a $99 registration fee will apply to register the play set and utilize the warranty. Swing Kingdom reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of the product claimed to be defective, and to recover product prior to any warranty claims. All products returned for inspection must be sent freight prepaid. In the event of a defect covered by these warranties, Swing Kingdom will remedy the defect within a reasonable time. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the defective piece unless it is not practical. Then Swing Kingdom will reimburse the original purchaser for the value of the defective piece. (All freight cost of replacement parts are not covered under the warranty and will be the purchaser responsibility to cover).

Adult supervision is recommended while enjoying your play system.

For safety and comfort reasons, Swing Kingdom reserves the right to make design & construction changes without notice.

Commercial Limited Lifetime, 10-Year and 5-Year Warranty

Subject to private owned establishment use and proper installation by a certified SK installer. (Sk units are built to meet CPSC guidelines and ASTM standards but have not been tested for the general public use).

Swing Kingdom warrants to the original purchaser at the original installation address, that the structural components of the playground systems, such as the PVC plastic lumber and wood components are covered by a 10-year warranty. In addition all canopies, slides, metal components, swings and accessories are warranted for 5 years from date of original purchase.

Swing Kingdom reserves the right to deny any claim if the playset or product does not have a product registration on file prior to the claim being submitted.
