Unfortunately the installer did a very bad job and tried to tell me that the installation was correct even when there were missing pieces and the structure was not stable. The set had actually been assembled backwards, there were pieces missing, and the monkey bars could swing side to side because the supports were not touching the ground! He also left the packing materials/garbage in my driveway. I contacted Wood Kingdom and sent photos and videos of the wobbly set, and they sent their master installer to check it out the next day. He corrected as many installation mistakes as possible on the spot. As a result of the initial installer's mistakes, there were a lot of extra holes in the wood and Wood Kingdom ordered replacement parts which were then properly installed. It took a few months and multiple visits after the initial installation before I finally had a complete, safe, and new-condition swingset for my kids and I wish it hadn't been so much hassle, but Wood Kingdom's customer service was top notch and I really appreciated their commitment to delivering a quality product to the customer.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing service and installation. I felt so lucky to be able to see swing sets in person. They worked with me to find a great piece that my daughters can use as they grow up for years to come. We added a fire pole too- even got to design the layout that worked best for my backyard. This detail isn’t something that can be found when you buy a set online. Then during installation, my husband originally told the workers to have it lined up with the fence. But when I got home I saw that it didn’t look straight (because my fence isn’t straight to the eye). The two workers were able to pick it up and move it!!
